OMD Design were invited to name and brand the Saint Aubin Estate's artisanal range of food and drink. The sanglier is synonymous with Gascony's rustic and gastronomic tradition. A local sculptor was commissioned to create a wire 'sketch' of a sanglier which was used to create the brand marque.
